Design Consultation begins with an in depth conversation to develop a
scope of what is needed to successfully update the property or model.
A visit to the property by the lead designer will be scheduled for projects
like clubrooms and common areas. Models can, for the most part, be handled
initially through email correspondence. Later, a staff designer will arrive
at the property to complete the model installation.
Resource Designs carries over 30 lines of furniture, artwork, lighting,
decorative accessories and carpeting. We purchase direct from the manufacturer,
thereby helping our clients get the most out of their budgets. When we
are contacted by the property or management company an in depth interview
is conducted to get an idea and scope of what the client wants. A budget
is established and we get to work on a design concept. The concept is
constructed as a Power Point presentation so the decision makers have
easy access to view and discuss it. We can make immediate changes when
needed.
Because we are handling multiple projects at the same time, all furniture
and accessories are brought in to our warehouse and each model is staged.
Once the staging is complete, we palletize the furniture and ship it to
our receiver in the city where the model is located. Our project team
arrives on site and our whiteglove delivery partner in that area delivers
the shipment to the property, sets it up according to our direction and
removes all the debris and wrappings.
